The boss babes and girl bosses might not approve of this… But it was the right decision for me to take a break and not think about business. I don’t start a side hustle, journal my way through it or hire another coach to find the answers. Instead I spent time in nature, hung out with my dogs, started volunteering for a charity, read books, spent time with the ones I loved, said goodbye to Bertie and grieved. And now I feel ready to come back. De-stresssed, feeling better mentally and physically.
