  • The secret strategy to keeping your members in your paid community for longer….

It’s something that I did when I was the community manager for The Members’ Club by Female Entrepreneur Association.

It’s a welcome call ☎️

Not a welcome post or email but a call.

Welcome them, introduce yourself and celebrate them being there.

Show them about the site or platform, where they can find the content etc.

Allow them to ask questions and connect with other members.

Connection=Retention

Will you add a welcome call to your paid community?

  • 🌪️ This was 100% avoidable!

If this is you, it’s not because you or your content sucks.
It’s because you skipped the onboarding for your paid community.

Onboarding is how you welcome your members into your paid community. Think of it as hand holding and reassurance that they are in the right place.

Creating an onboarding experience is not only crucial but it’s one of the best ways to keep paying community members.

People don’t engage in communities where they don’t know what to do, who to talk to, or why they’re there.

Want to know up-level your paid community onboarding so members never want to leave?

Drop a 🔥 and I’ll be in touch.

1. I’d create one specific transformation so people knew exactly how and what I was helping them achieve.

2. I’d design an onboarding sequence to help members connect with each other from day one.

3. I would create clear boundaries for the community. What is ok, what is encourage and what is discouraged.

4. I’d choose a platform that could host the content AND the community in one place.
