I felt like I had to fill “dead time” like listening to podcasts on the car, on walks and even whilst sun bathing on holiday. 

One day I remembered that I started my business for freedom and I didn’t have any. 

It’s ok to have a walk and just listen to nature. Sun bathe and just listen to the waves. 

It’s ok to take time off and not feel guilty. 

You do not have to choose between a business you love and a life you love. 

You can have both.
